Shopping Information

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please get in touch as soon as possible, if your order has not been shipped, then we may be able to make changes. If your order has been shipped, you are welcome to return to us as per our returns policy. 
If you have made an error regarding the delivery address or card wording please get in touch via email charliemousegifts@gmail.com and we will do our best to help. We will always use the shipping address on the order confirmation, unless notified before being dispatched. Once dispatched, unfortunately, if the address is wrong it is out of our control. 

Will I receive an order confirmation email?

You should receive an order confirmation email a few moments after placing your order. Please be sure to check your junk mail if this has not been received. If there is still an issue, please get in touch with our team via charliemousegifts@gmail.com.

Delivery Information

How much does delivery cost?

We have 3 delivery options;
Standard Delivery (3- 5 working days) £3.40
First Class Delivery (2-3 working days) £5.95
Tracked 48 hour courier £6.50 
Please note delivery via Royal Mail may take upto 5 working days.
Shipping is free for orders over £40. 

When will my order be despatched?

Orders are processed on Wednesday, Friday & Sunday. 
Any orders received after 12pm will be dispatched the next processing day. Delivery will be via your chosen delivery option.

Will my parcel be delivered on Saturday?

Royal Mail and couriers do deliver on a Saturday, however this can not be guaranteed. If you need guaranteed Saturday delivery, please get in touch before placing your order. We will try our best but can never guarantee delivery dates. 

Can I change the delivery address?

If you need to make a change to your delivery address please get in touch with our team via charliemousegifts@gmail.com as soon as possible after placing your order and we will do our best to help.

Gifting Information

Can I add a gift message to my order?

Of course, please select 'Add a note', enter your personalised message and your note will be hand written and included in your gift! 

Can you gift wrap my order?

We do offer gift wrapping- for gift sets, these include a gift box as standard and we can wrap the set before sending. If you would like your entire order to be a gift, please pop this in the notes section at the checkout!
